Make sure you have program sounds enabled on your Pocket PC in the following ways - Make sure the sound icon on the lower right corner of the Today screen is enabled. If it is grayed out, tap on it once to activate it. - Make sure that program sounds are enabled for your devices. Follow the "Start | Settings | Sounds | Sounds & Reminders" menu to load the "Sounds & Reminders" dialog. Verify that the system volume is turned up and that sounds are enabled for programs. ------------------------------------------------------------ Q2. Why do I get the error: Can't find PocketTune (or one of its components)? I ran the setup program and everything seemed to go fine, but when I go to the PocketTune icon on the start menu it says: Can't find PocketTune (or oneof its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available. A2. This error most commonly occurs because you installed the Windows CE 3.0 version of PocketTune on your Palm-Sized PC running Windows CE 2.11. Uninstall PocketTune and reinstall the correct version for your operating system and device (Pocket PC, Palm-Sized PC, or Handheld PC). ------------------------------------------------------------ Q3. Why can't I see the entire PocketTune program on my Handheld PC? A3. PocketTune requires a Handheld PC Pro, which has a different screen resolution than the original Handheld PC. It will still run on a Handheld PC with Windows CE 2.11, but part of the program will be obscured. ------------------------------------------------------------ Q4. Why does the metronome speed fluctuate sometimes? A4. The metronome speed may fluctuate, depending on what other tasks your Pocket PC is doing. For example, if your Pocket PC is cradled, and a new email arrives, the metronome will likely slow down for a couple beats while the Pocket PC process the incoming mail. This problem is due to the limited resources of your Pocket PC. Even the fastest Pocket PC processors are relatively slow. ------------------------------------------------------------
